It’s not the first time this happens where I hit big or win my bet and it glitches and says I lose

i bet for results to be over 10, and it rolled 12..........clearly winning the bet. but it said i lost?! this is very ugly for a new player to see

I wager more than a million bucks on simpledice and more than a half a million on lucky dice and all the wheel ever pays out is $1.00 and $10.00 locked. You guys are losing your top grossing players like me. It’s too bad too. Fix your wheel or give us cash back like old times. Otherwise we walk. And it’s not just me. The rest of your top grosssing players feel the same way.

I just wagered a total of perhaps 300 dogecoin profiting around 70 dogecoin. When I went to check the live stats to see the dollar amount of my profit it shows that I have wagered nearly $800 and lost $188, I can only figure it was including my faucet play a little earlier. Username: Them

they are thieves they closed my account for multiple account and i wasnt then in the site lots of people transfer kongsin multiple account and they didnt do nothing after that my wife open and they closed her to and now i was collecting the faucet normally and now they closed it again they are just thieves...me and my wife will report them to the police...

in the left menu when you click kong cashback or kong chest does absolutely nothing

When clicking the "Learn More" button, it opens another tab which takes you to the default landing page instead of teaching about the different chests.
